Alexander Schwab
Managing Director of AFLO UG, interim manager and lecturer in facility management.

Alexander Schwab has been independent since 2017, advising companies in complex and regulated corporate environments on the strategic and operational transformation of their facility management, procurement and governance structures.
His focus lies on robust steering and organizational architectures that sustainably improve performance, transparency and results. As Managing Director of AFLO UG and as an interim manager, he takes on project and P&L responsibility at management level—at the interface of management, procurement, engineering and law.
He passes on his expertise as a lecturer at TÜV Akademie (facility management fundamentals, service provider management, bidding), Bayerische Akademie (building services, contractor coordination) and Albstadt-Sigmaringen University as well as in in-house formats that companies tailor for their own staff. With AFLO FM, he is also developing his own CAFM software.
