This website does not use cookies or analytics and tracking tools, and does not embed third-party content. Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google or other external services. Personal data is processed only insofar as necessary for the technical operation of the website or for handling your inquiry.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, the host automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files), in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary for the secure and stable provision of the website; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Log files are deleted automatically after the retention period defined by IONOS.
4. Contacting us
The inquiry form on the AFLO FM page does not transmit any data to our server: your input is merely prepared as a message in your own email program, which you send yourself. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. External links
The address link on our contact page leads to OpenStreetMap. A connection to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation is only established once you click the link; their privacy policy then applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
